After recent events in South Africa the atmosphere here is explosive between different racial groups and I would like to offer this prayer for my country and its people that peace and harmony may prevail and ask those of you who feel comfortable to offer it to do so or any other peace prayers for that matter.

Peace be in the hearts of all living creatures
May all living creatures be happy

From sickness, suffering and distress.
