People Who Know the Body Well, Specific HIP Flexibility Question

Okay, let me try to explain to you how my body moves so you can help me target specifically the right stretch I should do.

So, when I lay down on my back and I try to pull one of my knees back like I’m trying to hug it on my chest, my leg doesn’t go straight and bends. For example, if I was trying to pull my right knee to my chest, my knee would go to the right and my foot would be in the direction tot he left. It doesn’t go smoothly back straight.

Which hip muscle do I need to stretch specifically to correct this? I already do hip stretches everyday but I feel like it’s that inner thigh issue. I’m not really sure though.

Anyone have any tips?

any specific stretches?

Compression means one bone is touching another bone and no amount of muscle stretching or strengthing will allow you to expand beyond that point.
