Perfection in Yoga

[B]"You can become a perfect Yogi when you have touched the superconscious level. Thinking of the past and anxiety about the future is a hindrance in meditation. When the restless waves of the mind subside, there arises gradually divine Bliss. The highest good is the vision of Truth Eternal and Imperishable in your own Self. May you shine as a dynamic Yogi. I always find these words of Swami Sivananda an inspiration on my own spiritual path and as Swamiji says, fear about our future and our past hinder our advancement. To vercome fear is to overcome the mind and rest in Bliss.

i have also read about his preachings…Great words…

I agree with you…I would like to add also that the mind is the cause of all problems. Let it not be spoiled by negative thoughts and actions. By staying focus and positive, we shall overcome all obstacles.

I am kind of a person that never sees problems. Funny enough, i don’t know if i have reached some kind of dimension or am i not stick to reality, but i think all that happen is for a cause and there should be a solution ahead. I also believe that Nature has its own laws of cause and effect.

We are all part and parcel of God and hence part of his laws.

Hi,

I belief that every so called problem has locked up in it a solution, seen from that point there are never problems in my life, only challenges that teach me.

I think you are very fortunate as it is your nature not to see problems. I took me years to get me to the point where I don’t see problems but rather challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
