I would like to attend a 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh this fall and would love any suggestions with personal experiences with a particular ashram close to Rishikesh, please.
I would like to hear any advice / recommendation you may have before booking one online, sight unseen.
All I need is a basic, but clean and hygienic environment with good instructors.
I have practiced Ashtanga almost daily and have accrued 700 hours of yoga and would prefer ashtanga-centered practice, but it’s not required.
