You are not giving me enough detail to clarify response. I would suggest telling me more – was there an accident, any loss of mobility in neck or arm, does pain go down the arm, how far which portions are affected? In general for nerve pain best is to do range of motion practice such as my joint freeing series emphasizing full but gentle rom for all shoulder positions cited in my book. namaste mukunda
