For the person who is looking for relief from plantar fasciatis, this story might help. Years of overuse injuries due to teaching aerobics left me in horrible shape. After 6 months of physical therapy and two pairs of orthotics, my therapist suggested I go to a Rolfer. The Rolfer had me back on my feet in two sessions. I continued with a 10-session set to correct the entire way my body moved. I have been pain free for 6 years and I don’t need orthodics.
