Here are the ones for Book Sources - Indian editions and out of print books. If you go to the site, the links will work on line. I tried to locate the book with the title and author as given, however did not locate anything. Perhaps the name(s) are not correct?

Have you had any success finding your book? Do you have any additional information such as full name, check on spelling of name, when or where the book was published? Any other info you have about the book you are looking for?
I am very sorry for the long delay in getting any additional info to you. I have been utterly swamped with my life since the turn of the year and have not given the forum it’s measure of attention.
Mukunda recommends you contact the sources listed in his website (see prior entry on this post thread) and further suggestion is abebooks.com
