Hi friends,
I am in a rather difficult situation: I have a combination of health
issue and not much money. I hope that you could still help me out.
Here is what I am looking for:
I need a good Yoga DVD which would allow me to achieve four goals:
- loose weight
- get in better shape and have more energy
- regain flexibility
- relax while exercising
Besides being about 40-50 pounds overweight, I have some back problems
which prevent me from running or even walking fast. What I am hoping
for is some form of Yoga which would allow me to practice at home for
about 30-45 minutes and very gradually re-energize my body, sleep
better, improve digestion and loose some weight.
I know that this is a tall order, but I often heard that Yoga can do
that. I once tried Brikam Yoga and I absolutely hated every second of
it. I need something calm and relaxing, not a return to boot camp
(which is how Brikam felt to me). Clearly I need something very
different from Brikam.
I cannot afford regular lessons, but I can buy a couple of DVDs. Can
anyone reccommend something?
