I haven’t been on this forum very long but I really appreciate this community. I’ve gotten some great answers to my own questions, read some wonderful articles, and seen a lot of interesting conversation about yoga. However, part of the reason I initially came to this forum was related to school.
My name is Mauricette and I am a 4th year Psychology student at New College of Florida, an undergraduate university. One of the requirements to graduate at my school is a senior thesis project. My thesis is about yoga, as you may have already guessed! Specifically, I am exploring the length of yoga practice in relation to general well-being as well as how yoga has changed people?s lives on a personal level. In order to collect data, I have created a survey that I hope you will be willing to take!
This survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes of your time (possibly less).
It is confidential, anonymous, and will only be used for my thesis project.
Please only take this survey if you have practiced yoga for at least a month and you practice consistently
(at least one class or home practice a week).
Please do not take this survey if you have never practiced yoga before or you practice very infrequently.

I have personally been practicing hatha yoga for two years now and it has created so much positive change in my life . I would be so appreciative if anyone would be willing to take some time out of their busy schedules and complete this survey.
