PM Yoga

My wife and I are looking for a good night time yoga routine that will help relieve stress and bring relaxation so we can sleep better. We were hoping for video suggestions as we are not near any studios. Thank you for your help.

Try :-

(a) 5 rounds of Surya Namaskar each day (before dinner).
(b) 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra

I think Rodney Yee has a popular am/pm yoga video

Combine Reaswaran and Ray’s suggestions and you’ve got your routine. Yee’s am/pm dvd is good. Finish with yoga nidra.

Go to you tube and search bedtime yoga. Several will come up. I tried a 14 minute one by yogatic, it was ok. Im stil looking for one.

From 9:00 to 10:10 tonight I did restorative yoga there were a few couples there ,they seemed to enjoy it imho
