Poses to avoid with neck/shoulder injury


Kindly list which poses are to avoided by someone with a neck and shoulder injury.

What are general guidelines for doing any pose to avoid worsening a neck and shoulder injury?


Neck should be relaxed in most of the postures. But when you say "neck and shoulder injury" then proper assessment has to be done. In short , you need to first fix neck and shoulder issue with specific yoga postures before going for general yoga practice.
