I was born severely out toed, to the point that I needed corrective leg braces as a child. That mostly remedied the issue, but I was left with a lifelong out toe of 10-15° that I am trying to correct (I'm 50). I can sense from the muscle response and pressure/strain levels that the misalignment is in the hip. I've made great progress on the left leg, but I'm struggling with the right (I suspect it's foot position while driving that is the barrier to progress)
I was wondering what would be a good group of positions and/or stretches for unlocking my incredibly tight hips, and retraining the body into a proper foot position
