Techne has reported a post.

Reason:

Hi, Jeremiah.

To start off, I’m very glad you’ve found the yoga forums and that you have things to talk about here.

In order to maintain the topic of the yoga forums, however, I hope you will post more about yoga and less about your private practice with the Morter Health System. To that effect, I have edited your most recent reply in the Medeusa thread.

I am sorry if this is discouraging, and I hope you understand my purpose in doing so. If you have concerns, please address them via private message with either myself or Alix (Nichole, the third member of the moderation team, is away from email at this time.)

Sincerely,

Techne
does this include arthritis?

Yes, I had a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. After a couple sessions with me, her doctor took her off disability.

Checkout my fellow B.E.S.T. practitioners at morter.com. There maybe one in your area.

Negative traumatic emotions greatly affect the autonomic nervous system which brings your body out of homeostasis. When the unconscious is unease- the nervous system is on the road to dis-ease. Besides emotional issues, BEST practitioners can also evaluate any dietary issues that maybe contributing to symptoms. 95% of the time, it’s unprocessed emotions (frozen in the subconscious) triggering symptoms.
I removed the sentence "Checkout . . . " from Jeremiah’s post.

Nice catch Techne. He is going to be an issue I think.

Hi Friends,

That’s fine.
I understand, but people here are talking about symptoms that yoga can’t heal. They need an expert to look at them. I suggest Yoga Forums make a new rule about people can’t talk about medical conditions so people don’t feel compelled to give them information.

My thread was just a reaction to all the yogis talking about their chronic conditions. In the USA, there’s the freedom of speech & freedom of information. If there’s useful info, it’s good people know about it.

note:
I don’t have an exclusive relationship w/ Morter Health. I’m only one of several hundred practitioners. And I do something a bit different from Morter Health.

All the stuff I talk about- about the nervous system is very yoga. The great Paramahansa Yogananda talked a great deal about keeping a balanced nervous system. The nervous system is the tree of life. Based off the observations I’ve seen, he’s right.

Jeremiah, Thank you for clarifying that for us. I’m sure you can understand that to us, it looks as though you are advertising. We appreciate you following the rules of this site. We are not going to make a rule that people cannot come here and ask for help, or advice. We merely ask that in responding, you do not attempt to profit at all. No one is ever compelled to reply here.

To address your comment about free speech and the USA etc, I think it is important for you to know that this site is privately owned and therefore is not subject to “freedom of speech” etc. Also, this is a Global forum as we have members from everywhere on this planet, not just the USA. Therefore, we abide by the rules of the site. As an illustration, I live in Canada and here, we do not have “freedom of speech” the way you understand it.

Again, thank you very much and please enjoy your time here.
