Easy question: what are you wearing to yoga? I have been wearing a top from lucy and shorts from Mika Yoga Wear. Love them both. I mostly do bikram but the question applies to all types. Thanks

I usually wear yoga pants that are made out of quick dry lycra so it absorbs as you sweat and remain comfey during those hard poses. I use compression material because it holds your body in. atleast thats what I do! here is a link of where I buy mine! these are the mens version , they have alot of different ones though! hope it helpsBabsi's Boutique:smile::grin:
