Hi Iam 35 yrs old and practicing basics of YOGA for the first time in my life for the past 10 days. I weight around 65 kgs and of height 5’8" with a very lean structure have thin legs like (sorry Iam not permitted to post a link of a hen) bit of exaggeration. My problem is I have a pot belly which is bit flexible and loose like that of a women who have delivered baby. If I inhale exposing the belly out, Iam sure it looks like a bottom of the pot. Also I suffer from external hemorrhoid which has very less impact, but the fissures remains there.
I wanna get rid of both of them. Have started to avoid spicy foods and junk foods which is helpful to get remedy from both of my problems. I just would like to find out if there are any specific yoga postures (with pics) would help me out
