I really like Yoga DVDs where the movements are more athletic and the intensity is high. I love Rodney Yee, and have all his DVDs, but am looking for something new. I love hard workouts so if you know of any challenging yoga DVDs please post them. Thanks!
I also love Rodney Yee! Try Duncan Wong if you want something a bit different. He combines, yoga and martial arts in a unique way. Very strengthening. Shiva Rhea is another one. Hers can be quite challenging but very artistic.
you could also try Baron Baptiste

I can’t add anything much here beyond I have used the Rodney Yee DVDs and I like them but I never heard of Ducan Wong, but I like the description so I might check his DVDs out.
But if it is a combination of Yoga and martial arts there is another along those same lines, although I cannot say anything about them since I have only see the add
