I would like to share my initial experience. I practice tummo cycles of 70/35 second delays. I do it lying down (sitting on a chair it’s hard to keep my back straight, the lotus position is difficult for me so far) I breathe through my nose while inhaling and exhaling through my mouth O-shaped lips. I do not practice cold showers because of frequent nasal congestion. Tell me how applicable Tummo is in my case or look in the direction of other breathing practices - for example, Nadi shuddhi.
