Hoping to get some advice. I jump back in to chatarunga just fine, or so I thought, as there is bad soreness where the tendons of the big and second toes meet on top of the foot. Is this a somewhat common problem? Any suggestions?
I don’t do jumpbacks in my practice Dave and when doing chaturanga I typically enter the pose from the ground up. Further, that particular posture comes from an origin of practice for adolescent 19-year-old boys. That body may be able to sustain such a practice however other bodies sustain injury especially when the pose is repetitive and therefore frequently degrading in alignment and actions.

Good suggestion, I will modify, thanks
Not sure I made a suggestion - LOL.
You mean do the pose only once, enter it from the ground up, and pray your rotator cuff muscles can handle your body weight?
lol:)
