While in a prone lotus I left one knee on the floor and lifted the other in a twist more than 90* and it felt good- I’ve never heard of this one before and haven’t been able to google it so far-just wanted to share. Namaste
my spine says it needs a ARDHA MATSYENDRASANA after the MAYURASANA. It keeps the spine elastic and gives a good massage to the abdominal organs therefore naturally, it feels real good.
