Hello everyone!
I just wanted to quickly ask what form of Yoga provides the most reliable increase in HEIGHT. My friend (who just LOVES to brag) claims that he gained an entire 3 INCHES! He won’t tell me exactly how he did it, but he DID say he had access to what he calls a, “top secret yoga series”! Hmmmm! Wonder what it could possibly be?!
And yes, he did back up his claims by standing next to me barefoot! I think he gained a vertical increase in his spine and legs…maybe 1.5 inches in each?
If anyone can please “enlighten” me on the subject, it would be greatly appreciated!
