For few months I was noticing symptoms of high blood pressure and stress. One friend of mine told me about doing meditation. But I am facing a problem with meditation. When I am sitting for meditation and taking long deep breaths and exhaling it then I am getting more high blood pressure that I can feel my heart throbing. I watched Baba Ramdev's video for the same in that he told to do pranayam slowly for high bp patients but why I am getting this result. Can someone help me?
Don't be panic. Can you explain how many breathing results in issues? What type breathing. Just slow deep breathing or breathing with retention?
Breathing with retention improperly done results in health issues.
If you are doing just deep breathing, change your technique a little.
Inhale through nose slowly and deeply and exhale through mouth slowly and deeply. Check it and give feed back.
