Hello everyone this is my first post I’ve been meditating and doing VERY basic yoga off and on for about 7 months now…Anyhow it seems like for the past 4 months or so my internal energy system is out of whack or something. It just doesn’t seem to be flowing properly, I seem to get an excessive build up in my jaw and neck area and it manifests into what I can best describe as a tension type feeling.
I was wondering what type of meditation I should do to try and relieve this or get my energy flowing properly again. Like, where should I focus my attention, if anywhere, during meditation??? Should I consciously try to get the energy flowing or should I just continue to do more of a blank mind meditation and overtime it’ll correct itself. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks!!!
