Hi, i’ve been taking yoga class for the last few months, its only once a week, so every other day I like to practise at home too.
The problem is I find i have forgotten most of the asanas we are taught by the time I get to practise them again at home.
We were shown one technique where you ‘‘Push your palms out and draw them in facing you and then you circle them over your head and think of the twilight blue night.’’
& I find this really beneficial in chilling out, trouble is I keep forgetting how to do it… and not knowing its name I can’t reference it on the net.
also other asanas I just keep forgetting them too… & can only remember the simplest ones.
any help for me…?
