hi due to postural problems within my growth spurt, i’ve copped myself a wierd case of pectus excavatum, however my upper chest is perfectly fine, its just my lower chest near the abs are curved inwards to the body, my physiotherapist said since i am 18 and the cartilage has almost solidified theres nothing i can really do except for a few excercises such as breathing with your rib cage n etc. I wanted to know if theres any yoga moves that would help my condition
