Rib cartilage excercises

hi due to postural problems within my growth spurt, i’ve copped myself a wierd case of pectus excavatum, however my upper chest is perfectly fine, its just my lower chest near the abs are curved inwards to the body, my physiotherapist said since i am 18 and the cartilage has almost solidified theres nothing i can really do except for a few excercises such as breathing with your rib cage n etc. I wanted to know if theres any yoga moves that would help my condition

Learning to breath deeply and use the diaphram can increase lung capacity and give the lungs and ribs more flexibility. In Mukunda’s book Structural Yoga Therapy there is a section on the breath. It sounds like pranayama would be a good place to start.
