Runners Yoga by Van Powel- eBook Series Review

If you’ve been looking for a great exercise program, that both gives you a workout and is low impact, you won’t want to miss Runner’s Yoga. The program is designed by Van C. Powel, and has been endorsed by Olympic athletes and coaches, and by many others who took the “in person” training program. For the first time ever Van is making his Runners Yoga course available online.

The program contains a complete series of 7 training manuals (in PDF format), a series of movie and audio files, and some extra material to help you setup (and stick to) your training plan. This particular program is a 30-minute -per-day exercise routine that has foundations in both Eastern and Western theory (it’s not just yoga, and it’s also not just for runners).

It is a low impact - fat burning exercise program that touted to be the fitness program for:

Strengthening and tone major muscle groups.
Build your strength.
Increase flexibility
Improving balance and posture.
Burning fat.
Cardiovascular workout.
Improving your mental focus.

After reviewing the materials that come with the course, I would say that this particular package is all that it is said to be and more. The eBooks are very well put together. They are written with an easy-to-follow style, and the professional model/photographer that was used in the creation of the books makes the system easy to learn and follow. The audio and video files greatly add to the learning experience and the extra material will make it easy to keep track and practice your routine. The system itself is very well thought out, and Van does an excellent job teaching it with the eBook package.
