Hello,
I am new to this site, and its fab that I’ve found it!
I have had a ruptured disk for at least a couple of years, and my yoga practice has slipped in the last year. I have practiced Astanga but found Sivinanda a more suitable style.
I am currently seeing an osteo, now I have my MRI scans, and am taking all of her advice, walking, using stomach muscles etc.
I just would love to hear from anyone who has had this problem, or anyone who could advise me how to return to my yoga, as I feel as though it will be of huge benefit if only I can get the swelling and pain of the rupture down.
