Rushing for class

ever had the experience of rushing for a class & everything seems to be conspiring against you? traffic jams on a normally smooth flowing stretch of highway; slow motorists hogging the right lane; jaywalkers on the streets; no lots at the car park. you feel that your life has suddently been shortened by a few years.

then you rush into the studio late, only to find that you have left your peace of mind somewhere. Breathing becomes laboured, you shake like jelly while doing balancing asanas, body is tensed.

peace only comes towards the end of the class and it is such sweet relief.

should one make every attempt to attend the class that u hv planned or should one just go with the flow?

Both!

I like this question because I can relate to it so much. The times I have struggled against tide, and the times I have given in. Most of the time, when I have finished my practice I am very glad I didn’t give in.
