Salad dressings

Anyone got any easy to make from scratch healthy salad dressing recipes beyond oil and vinger? maybe a pinapple one or something like that, this would be appreciated, Neil

Brother Neil! I missed you.

I googled ‘healthy salad dressings’ and got this site:

Here’s a pineapple one I think I will try.

Let us know how it goes.

you can try blending different veggies.

for low fat you can just do simple things like tomato and mango combination. i don’t like to add salt to my diet, but that is entirely up to you. i find that tomato gives a savory taste and good texture.

you can also do avocado/mango combination.

For a simple pineapple salad dressing, you can blend pineapple chunks with a little lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. It adds a sweet and tangy flavor to your salads. Some people who focus on healthy eating often check Saladmaster reviews for quality cookware to keep their recipes clean and efficient. You could also try mixing pineapple with some avocado for a creamy twist. There are a lot of creative ways to make dressings that are both tasty and healthy!

I don't know about this combination, but I have tried various salad dressings with boiled chicken and veggies.
