Scoliosis - 24 yr. old male

u said ur trained members will help me thank u. will they help me thr’ mail? but i want u to help me can u spend time for me?
these days i browsed more about scoliosis sites and what i came to know is everything is gn in web but they all need money what is to poor like us its beyond our heights. sorry to say this, do’nt mistake me.
i want to say more about my problem

I have a C-Shaped sternum

I feel a smallcurve in my centre of chest. actually not a curve but head(neck) is tilted towards left(i think its also twisted)bec’when i wore a chain in my neck its different on both neck joints.my head is not centered on my torso.

My right shoulder is some what lengthier than left( one and half inch ) and also enlarged a bit. I feel a small hump in my right back(no one knows it).I feel my left arm is some what thinner than right arm.

In my x-ray my left clavicle is disconnected from the sternum and also two clavicles are at different angles why?( in passport size photographs i can see some difference in neck). My left chest is convexed and right chest is somewhat flat.These days Iam doing some yoga with straightening exercises(from yoga for scolioisis website) But iam also worried it may act negatively and damage further. but after doing yoga i feel very free and low stress in my back.Iam 25 now and a graduate(unemployed).

I need ur help I understand u will ask for my X-rays(front side).I do’nt know how to show it to u It was taken at the age of 15 and 23 when i had some pain in my neck. on both occasion my doctor did’nt say anything to me and my family.

I want to know whether i can be cured or not.can u send the scoliosis yoga pages by mail. give some specific yoga exercises for me pls do reply me.

I know u will say only thr’ a trained teacher and direct supervision u can help me accurately. but thats not possible for me so nothing is better than something so help me thr’ mail. name some asanas for me that will suit my body.

Scoliosis that is extreme such as yours where not only the spine but also the ribs are curved cannot be cured by exercise. However I have seen that those students who dilligently follow my advice for 2 years have made changes of up to 50% in lessening the curvatures. There are 3 phases to this work. First is to tone your entire body; optimally also having an evaluation of your weakest muscles and toning them. Commonly they are located just below the curvatures of the spine. Toning needs to be taken to the maximum level, consider it athletic training. That takes from 6-12 months to accomplish.

      Phase two begins when suppressed emotions and prana starts to arise.  This is spontaneous upon the ending of phase 1.  At this point the work to maintain stamina is sustained along with doing my Tantra lessons at least to lesson 6 of 18.  This will show how to be free of suppressed feelings and deranged vata prana.  This typically requires a lot of counseling and patience over a 6 month period.  

     Phase three is when we focus on stabilizing the changes that occured in the first two phases.  approxmately another 6 months.  

  To begin with since I cannot see yo in person I would recommend that you tone all the gluteal muscles and do Sun Salutation for spinal extension (elongation) not to make your self backbend but gently.  Gradually work your way to stamina of doing 20 minutes continuous flow at a mild pace.  The pace should be so that you inhale into one motion and exhale into the next.  While optimal is to follow my book for these recommendations, any yoga book will do provided you do not try to arch the lower back.  That is the most common depiction of the sun salute that is contraindicated for you and others with back pain.  stay in touch and i will do what i can to supervise you.  namaste mukunda
