Sensitivity towards sound

Hi,
I have been practicing Yoga for the past 70 days. Twice a day, morning and evening . For around 90 mins per session.

  1. For the past two weeks i feel little sensitive to heavy sounds. I feel a shock when sound goes little aloud.

Especially when doing shoulder stand ( sarvangasan pose ) and halasana pose ( plow pose ) .

I feel some uneasyness in my head… Though not a pain.

Initially when i started shoulderstand and plow pose , i din feel anything awkward… but as i kept it practicing i started feeling kind of dizzy (not exactly dizzy) , a kind of uneasiness…

  1. In few poses i have to press my chin towards the ground (i.e) resting chin on ground , where some pressure builds in chin and jaw… I dont know the name of this pose. During the rest of the day i feel kind of uneasiness with nerves in the upper left of my head …

So what is the cause ? Is it normal to have these symptoms as a part of healing crisis ? Or am i going wrong somewhere ?

you mean sound in your ears? that can be the blood vessels… due to increase bp in the head region.

you are right i guess.
Dizziness has increased further and i started feeling pressure at my lower back head.
I’m going to give two or three days break for shoulderstand and plow pose and see if it gets fixed.
