Shakti?s Dance

Tonight I honor my body as a sacred temple.
With each shifting posture, I explore its secret contents.
As Shakti dances gracefully, I come alive.
My skin tastes the air around it,
My spine takes pleasure in each wave of breath,
My pranas slowly savor every undulation,
My eyes and mouth water for the next move,
My yoni welcomes each inhalation back to her sacred home,
My mind lies quietly as my body makes love to my soul,
My breath comes to rest and ojas melts the coverings of my heart.
Though I am not this body, in this moment, I relish in its delight.
