Been to YOGA recently and already I feel the freshness throughout the day. I have quit smoking and drinking and the feel to go for it during the weekends have dipped drastically, due to my attention getting diverted to such practices. You practice YOGA daily after you get early in morning, the mind and body got freshened up & never felt tampering it. When I feel that my body is getting cleaned up, I really do not like making it dirty by consuming/eating unhealthy foods. My quality of life is really improving… I feel better multi-folds that those days of addition to tobacco’s
