I am bringing up a topic that does not seem to have been discussed much in the last ten years. I am not new to yoga but I am new to the idea of older practices that are related to yoga. I have recently started practicing Shivambu and other things associated with it after reading several books on the practice and being SUPER INTRIGUED by the thought of having our own "super nutrient" as it were. For the last few months I have drank my urine, bathed in it, used it as an eye wash and recently used it with a neti pot to clear my sinuses. I'm interested in others practices, uses and experiences, and what the overall thought and perception are in this forum. Thank you in advance for the thoughtfulness in your responses.
