I actually originally only joined so I could get some input on a survey for my sport’s psych class, but after doing some browsing I have realized that this place is pretty great! I’ll save all of the details about myself and yoga for an intro post, haha.

If I could get some input for this survey, I would really appreciate it! Like I said, it’s for a paper about yoga as a relaxation technique I am writing for a class. I didn’t prepare it in time/didn’t want to disturb anyone in my yoga class, so I thought that doing it online might be a bit easier!

Alright, so apparently this wasn’t a very popular idea! Well don’t worry, I have yoga friends elsewhere who filled it out and I finished my paper!!!
