Should i keep eyes open or close in Tadasana and tree pose?

Hello all , I need advise that I can balance my Tadasna and tree pose with open eyes but when i close my eyes my balance collapse.so can i learn better balance if i practice this with closed eyes?

I close my eyes whenever I can.

I can do tadasana easily with open eyes.but my balance collapse when i close my eyes.

Actual benefit of posture comes after retaining the posture for few breaths. Give more importance to retaining.

If you can achieve it with open eyes then don’t worry about closing it.

I always keep my eyes open when I feel challenged by the balance pose. In some classes instead of doing the more advanced tree postures I simply close my eyes to find my edge. Moving from warrior 3, to eagle, to tree, with my eyes open, is easier than standing still in tree with my eyes closed.

You will keep improving as long as you are within reach of your edge.
