The series we did at the weekend for the shoulders and the series with upward stretched legs were great but now i don’t think i can remember them fully. I get some discomfort in my right upper trap and beside my left scapula and the series did wonders. The upward stretched legs series was odd because my legs were trembling before I would have imagined they would have. I was as if something released or i was using different muscles to normal! Any ideas?
Series is not printed; merely a variation from what is the 24 posture series in my book. Holding the legs upward at a right angle is challenging for many as it reveals weakness or tone of hip flexors especially psoas as well as energy block in 3rd chakra
