Sign of chakra unfolding

Recently, a strong tide of energy stay in my throat chakra. It has been lasting for more than ten days. Last summer, I felt the tide of energy stay in my heart chakra. After that, i released a lot of traumatic emotions that had been depressed for years.

This year, similar kind of energy comes to my throat. During the first few days, I have a good appetite and sexual desire is also arising. Now, those desires have gone, but the energy is still on the throat. Is it the sign that the chakra is unfolding?

Any suggestion on what i’d better do to fasilitate this process. I can feel that though the energy is coming, my throat chakra is still blocked. :confused:

Well, before we can contribute meaningfully to your statements, perhaps you can share in more detail what you have done, your practices etc, to lead you to belief that this energy is the unfolding of your chakras. With this sketchy information you give at this point it can be, well frankly be anything you may experience. Tell us more and we’ll tell you more. :slight_smile:

Like you have stated in your introductory post you have been doing yoga on and off and I am just inquiring because to experience the unfolding of the chakras you need a persistent and a committed practice before you would experience anything.
