Dear Friends.
While most of the time we “do” and “think of doing” actions. The real peace is experienced when we are not involved in any action-reaction and thought process.
The “I” ness or “identification of self with body” causes tumbling to start. And one may spend years (may be births) to realize that, unstoppable thought process or “mind” is the root cause of this tumbling.
Simply said, when thought is absent what remains is absolute peace.
Can I experience this peace (which is reason for real happiness) at no cost and with no effort (in-volunteer)?
[B]Yes [/B]the precursor or preparatory study of [B]Siddha Mahayoga[/B] enables anybody (irrespective of region,religion,sex,age and even any yoga path chosen before) to experience this cheapest, simplest and highest way of happiness.
Any religious or yoga practice is an effort towards experiencing thought less state of self.
What if the same is built in human as inherent nature (instinct) ?
Yes, it is the inherent activity in human. Whoever, practices the Mahayoga preparatory study (for 3 to 18 min/day) realizes this inbuilt peace/joy for sure.
Actually Mahayoga is the name given to the technique ( for those who believe in and abides by empirical or academic knowledge only ).Otherwise it is true nature of every human being.
Mahayoga not only enables one to experience this joy but, also boosts or progresses one’s ongoing yoga or any religious practice(s).
So, what shall I do to start with?
One can experience this nectareous joy simply by,
[B]* Seating in very comfortable and relaxing position (preferably without support to backbone)
- relax the backbone and muscles to maximum(as if body is not there).
*Close eyes (with great devotion/reverence towards one’s deity (if not,then pure air as Mother Energy) - Observe the AUTOMATIC breathing
- Be mute observer of the breathing process (surrender yourself to the automatic breathing which, is happening without any efforts)
- Thought may come and go ( be mute observer of breath and let thought go(if, it comes)
- see the wave like sensation or current rising upwards through the backbone towards the top of head(crown chakra).

Upon daily practice, one’s experiences may vary.
But even practiced once if a life, take it as granted that your journey towards perfection or real peace has definitely started and will complete shortly.
The clean or pure air is deity or basis of Siddha Mahayoga. If we say Air is our mother (without which life is impossible) then, every human who is breathing air is ultimately brother or sister of each other.
Mahayoga not only establishes inherent universal brotherhood in the world but also gives nectareous joy with no effort.
