I was the kid growing up who was practically allergic to dust and cold. 
I get in my throat from post nasal drip. Both, combined, get rid of the sinus pressure and pain as well. One of the my friend suggest me to use Neti pot.:eek: I bought Neti pot that were recommended by friends. When I first saw this small Neti pot I was quite apprehensive how a tiny pot can solve my big problem. I have had sinusitis for last 3 years, recurring infections, cough and headaches. After 7-8 days I woke up not realizing I don?t have a headache. Throughout the day I noticed I did not take any headache tablets. I was amazed then and 3 months later still waiting to wake up from this dream. I finally beat sinusitis. :-DThank you so much, Neti pot helped me wake up feeling great and I look forward to years ahead with out tablets and sprays.

I am indian and winter season is going on. But still I have not feel cold or alergic.
This is one of the best decisions I have ever made and it is life changing.
These things are on physical level but I am speaking about spiritual side. Everything is coming form spiritual realm.

I have found that Simply Saline by Blairex Laboratories works better than the Neti.
I’m interested about neti pot? How is that used? Because I’ve only used parsley in boiling water to inhale.
