I can’t sit on my heels it ends up hurting the tops of my feet and my toes. I also have the beginning stages of hammer toes. they don’t hurt really when walking around and don’t hurt the balls of my feet yet, and hopefully they never start. But when i sit on my heels they hurt. I was looking for an alternative or possibly a way to make them stronger
Rolled blanket or mat underneath and across the tops of the feet at or about the ankle joint. The larger the roll, the greater the relief. The smaller the roll the greater the growth.
