hello Every one
since last one year I am practicing the yogasanas and Pranamaya . My six pack abs are in forming statge but my obliques, pec( chest ) muscles and abs are not in correct shape at both the sides, i.e on my right hand side its more stronger and good shape where as left side its not that much stronger and not in the same shape as it at on right side.
How to correct this and get perfect abs, chest and obliques.
