Six pack with yoga asanas

hello Every one

since last one year I am practicing the yogasanas and Pranamaya . My six pack abs are in forming statge but my obliques, pec( chest ) muscles and abs are not in correct shape at both the sides, i.e on my right hand side its more stronger and good shape where as left side its not that much stronger and not in the same shape as it at on right side.

How to correct this and get perfect abs, chest and obliques.

dinakar5008 : I have to be blunt here. Better start with your right/left side of the brain before you work on abs/pecs. 6-pack never looked good on a “retarded” brain :slight_smile:

same with me…right side is stronger, and pulls more…gotta practice right side more…probably weight training will work better as Gordon noted earlier

This is odd but at least it is not as odd as I thought it was… I was thinking an entirely different type of six pack
