Yes is Yoga. The system of Yoga is originated from India and the northern regions of Nepal and Tibet thousands of years old.
I know them as the Five Tibetans, but the original name is “The Five Rites of Rejuvenation” The author is Peter Kelder, and he learn the Five Rites from a retired British army officer who had learned the exercises from some Tibetan lamas in a monastery in the Himalayas. The book says that the Five Rites of Rejuvenation strengthen the body, enhance the energetic system, regenerate body and mind, and stem the aging process.
I add in to my practice the five tibetans ant with the 8 to 10 minutes which take me to do them I feel strong and with a clam mind. All yoga systems are good, if suits you is going to work, one of the best things is to enjoy your practice.
