Something about shoulderstand

Are these guys on to something? It makes a lot pf sense to me as I watch it, and it felt good too as I tried it.

I have definitely been doing shoulderstand with a flat neck and that could be the reason why I something overstretch it, right?

this is a good video… and yes, one can do bad things to the neck by keeping it flat in the shouderstand…but at the same time one still want to maintain the chin-lock…chin-lock is the one thing that makes this asana as asana:)

most important thing is not to browse around while in the pose…sometimes student want to see how well the person on the next mat is doing;)

I would also add as a modification _ blanket under the shoulders, so the head is kinds hanging from the blanket to the floor.
