Starting a Challenge

Hi All,

I am starting a new challenge for my yoga practice. Yogajournal is sponsoring a 21 day yoga challenge where they email you a free video practice each day along with meditations and tips for creating a thriving practice. They believe that through this challenge it can keep you on the mat all year as it takes about 21 days for a new habit to stick. I am looking forward to this. I’ve signed up to this too. One of my New Year’s resolutions was to maintain a regular yoga practice in 2011 and not let it go in busy periods etc. So far I’ve done at least 30 mins of asanas every day as well as meditation and pranayama most days (I know it’s only 8 days but so far feeling good!) But quite interested to see what the yoga journal challenge will bring.
I usually go to class once/twice a week and want to maintain a regular home practice too, so hopefully this will help.
