Hello. I’m recently started to read about the Yoga fenomen. I read some books, but in each book there are other techniques, of course just Asanas. I’m practicing martial arts and I thaught that the flexibilyty isn’t a problem. BUT yesterday I tried the Down Faced Dog Pose ( Adha Mukha Svanasana ) and surprisingly I could strecth my legs to do the perfect exercise. I want to practice Yoga for getting a good morning, good sleep,good day, to feel balanced. This is why I have some questions:
1)What techniques I should do in my starting journey of Yoga?
2)I’ve read that the beginners have to start with the Asanas, is it right?
3)Is there any problem in combining the Yoga exercises with physical exercises. I’ve heard that the workout is good to be done in evening so this is so perfect for my morning, to do Yoga. But I want to do some Yoga exercises before bad too, for a good sleep, is it a good ideea? How I should do?
4)At the moment I don’t think I have any Yoga teacher in the town, are there any exercises to do without a teacher?
