I’ve been practicing this series of poses for a few days. I’m curious about how often I should do it and for how long at a time. Check out the link. It’ll show you what I’m talking about. The last pose (crow pose) is still a goal for the future as I haven’t the strength for it yet. So, I could use some input from you yoga masters out there on the best way to practice this series of poses to gain as much as I can out of it. Thanks!
