Hallo friends,
I have slight upward movements in head. It disturbs my concentration. I used to concentrate on my breathing before . Now I donot get it that easily.
I feel comfortable with Sirshasana and Chakrasana. So I want to know can i do Sirshana and Chakrasana with a duration of 2 min each time for 3 to 4 times.
Along with I practice pranayama. Does any one have any other suggestion.
