Suggest My daily Routine

I hope you all are enjoying life !

I have started Yoga practicing newly because i’m suffering of GOUT.
But now I just love yog.

Friends,
Early morning i’m doing Pranayam as,

Asan : Sidhasan
Swami Ramdev?s set of 7 pranayamas :

  1. Bhastrika
  2. KapalBhati
  3. Bahya
  4. Anulom Vilom
  5. Bhrahmri
  6. Udgeeth
  7. Ujjayi

Then after 30 min i goes to Gym.

Once a week i keep fast, that day i dont go gym.I’m planning to do below yoga poses for once a week.
I got an information below are the good poses for GOUT

  1. Shavasan
  2. Dhanurasan
  3. Savangasan
  4. Mastyasan
  5. Gomukhasan
  6. Paschimottanasana

I request to all Please suggest best routine for me :stuck_out_tongue:

You have gout at only age 30!!!
WOW!!!

Try going to some yoga classes some classes for beginners with a good teacher or even some private classes from a teacher well versed in therapeutic yoga would be good.

And what are you doing about your diet for the gout?

I have started Homeopathic therapy, now bring it normal level. :).

I am become 100% vegetarian, and avoid bins in veg also.
appreciate any suggestion on this.
