Hi all! I?m starting to research YTT programmes and am overwhelmed by the sheer number of schools. As much as I?d like to go to India for my training, the mechanics of getting a visa simply won?t allow it (I?m in Iraq & the nearest embassy is Baghdad & I?m not going there …). Can anyone suggest another yoga mecca for me? Thailand maybe? If not, I?ll have to look at Western Europe.

Why you do not try a guide for yoga? There are many guide or books about yoga who teach us like a teacher and really these books are very easy to understand. some books are as follows :
