Sun Salutaion video by using 3D for stress busting

As i have no time to spend at yoga health centers, i coludn’t be active at work. Oflately i bought a yoga sun salutation DVD. I learnt many things on my own. No need to go outside and spend more money.

It’s main advantage is we can know, how our internal body parts are benfited by doing yogs. they shown it very clearly. so i like it very much. Now i am active at work.

If you too want to try once you can fnd it in video.google by giving qt sun salutation keyword.

Issac,

You have no time to spend at health centers eh?
How sad that you have filled every moment of your day with “things” and cannot find the appropriate time to commit to your practice. I am sorry.
It is a tragic story.

A yoga DVD is a supplement. Since a DVD can not see your body, can not intervene when you are in danger of injury from ignorance or misknowing, and can not provide you with preparatory poses for your stiff body it is not appropriate for every practitioner.

Take five classes. Make the time. Learn something you can build a home practice from. Commit to that. Toss the DVD where it bleongs, the round file.

I believe that DVD’s are a start. Don’t throw it away. Just use it in the right place. There is no substitute for a good teacher, but for right now you may be doing just what you need to do. I’m happy you found yoga and that it is benefitting you. In the near future you may want more… then find a good teacher, take a class, maybe 2 or 3.

Importantly, if you are working with a DVD, please be careful. A DVD cannot talk to you or evaluate your form. Injuries do happen in the best of classes, more so in homes when people do asana incorrectly or attempt asana they are not ready to tackle.

Watch the dvd. Enjoy. Find a good teacher. Make time once a week to work with someone who can teacher so much more than just the vinyasa. There is so much more to yoga than asana.

Peace, C
